 What You Need To Know:

Upon receiving and processing your return, we’ll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 7-10 business days
Return products must be in original condition and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
We are unable to accept hazardous materials or cash on delivery (COD) return shipments
Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items
Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged

 FedEx Express Saver 3-5 days $100 insurance included – delivery confirmation & tracking

 FedEx 2 Day Express – 2-3 days – declared value insurance included(covers my cost for replacement if lost) delivery confirmation & tracking

 FedEx Standard Overnight – overnight by 8 pm – declared value insurance included(covers my cost for replacement if lost) delivery confirmation & tracking

 OUTSIDE THE US:

 Standard shipping method on all international orders is FedEx International Priority Mail, which provides tracking delivery confirmation with insurance, and is 3-5 day delivery to most countries. With any local customs restrictions and delays, this may add to your expected delivery date.

 If you are requesting shipment outside the US, there may be restrictions and prohibitions on the import of jewelry into some countries, and that import taxes may apply within your country. Please inquire about these issues within your country, prior to making the purchase. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:

 Your order will be shipped to the address provided on your billing info or the alternate shipping address entered at checkout. You may contact us with any address changes before we ship your item, and we will make a note on your order to change the address before shipping.

 Since we use FedEx they can not deliver to PO Boxes and we require a physical address to ship your item(s)!

We may consider using USPS for lesser valued items, but we have chosen FedEx due to numerous problems in the past with USPS!

PAYMENTS:

We will confirm current pricing and availability for your options and get back to you to create your invoice through PayPal.

You can pay by credit card, use your PayPal account or PayPal credit for your purchase.

We do offer an option to accept partial payments until the invoice is paid in full through PayPal, but the price may change over time and total may have to be adjusted in accordance with any market pricing changes. We will not order your item until your order is paid in full!

Quotes depend on the current market pricing, and will be locked in when we create your invoice!
